FidgetMax Official U.S. Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing FidgetMax. We are committed to delivering our high-precision metal fidget toys and haptic gear safely from our manufacturing facility straight to your doorstep. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Rates & Complimentary Delivery
To provide the best value for our community of enthusiasts, FidgetMax offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There are no hidden fees or unexpected shipping charges at checkout.

2. Order Processing and Handling Time
Because our products are high-end mechanical instruments with precise tolerances and intricate components, every single item undergoes a thorough quality control inspection and technical calibration before leaving our facility. 
- Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing, testing, and packaging.
- "Business days" refer to Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. 
- You will be able to view your tracking updates once your order has passed inspection and is handed over to our international logistics carrier.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
As our products ship direct from the factory floor to optimize quality control and pricing, we utilize reliable international specialty air lanes. 
- Standard Shipping to the contiguous United States typically takes between 7 to 14 business days after the processing period.
- Please note that during peak seasonal periods, extreme weather conditions, or unexpected customs clearings, delivery timelines may occasionally extend to 15 to 20 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these rare instances.

4. Shipment Tracking and Order Status
Once your package is officially handed over to the logistics carrier, tracking information will be updated and attached to your order details. You can easily monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time by logging into your account on our store or visiting your dedicated Order Status page. Once the parcel arrives in the United States, it can also be tracked via the major domestic carrier networks (such as USPS).

5. Address Accuracy and Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. FidgetMax is not liable for packages that are undeliverable, misrouted, or lost due to incorrect addresses, missing apartment/suite numbers, or invalid postal codes entered by the buyer. If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any subsequent shipping arrangements will be subject to additional handling fees.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
While most standard personal imports into the United States fall well within duty-free thresholds, FidgetMax is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or local taxes applied to your order by U.S. Customs. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Missing or Damaged Shipments
If your tracking profile indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check your property thoroughly or contact your local postal service hub. For any items suspected of being damaged during transit, please refer to our Verification Requirement guidelines in our Refund Policy and reach out to our team at support@fidgetmax.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.
